Has anyone ever seen a 120 TPU Resort?

From what i've seen through my indepth RCI Searches and reading all the information i can find online...the Highest TPU level RCI gives for a week is 60 TPU, but i've also noticed SOME resorts have lock offs that give close to if not equal TPU's for both sides...

But in all my searching i haven't found a lockoff that gives more then 50 TPU per side...or 100 TPU Total...

Are there ANY Resorts with lockoffs that give 60 TPU per side for a total of 120 TPU?

Or if you believe its not possible, or don't know of any...whats the highest you know of?

No I don't.
You're gonna have to do your homework when you get your first unit and figure it out yourself. It's not that difficult once you get your account access. You can open up a window with ebay and one with RCI and start calculating away.

I've tried that...i own a Patriots Place fixed week that IF split and IF it lands on the 4th of July(its a fixed 27 sunday check in) gets me 50 TPU....But through searching the deposit calculator of RCI with every week(Even searching whole seasons for floating weeks) and resort i've been interested on Ebay, i've easily searched 100 resorts...i haven't even found much that compares to that...I've talked to people who have told me about one week they know of that gets 101 TPU, but other then that...

As you can see, i've done alot of research and homework on this subject...it just isn't a one person job...without the input of others, theres no way someone could search EVERY resort and find it...but 100 people...that should be easy

Seems like this should be something everyone is happy to share...If i find a low price on a product, i try to share it with everyone i know that likes that product, there are even hundreds of websites just dedicated to good deals

Ok through a discussion at 'another location' it was said that talking about the TPU value of a resort vs the maintance fees may cause RCI to reconsider those values...Because it may cause them to look into previous reviews of the resort and read what our opinions are of if the resort is really 'worth' that amount of TPU's and lower or raise values based on that

I think the best way to deal with this thread would be to NOT mention the MF's or our opinion of if they are really worth those TPU's and just post the TPU's themselves

So maybe post in more of a Fact based line...i.e.

Patriots Place-Fixed week 27- 2br lockoff- 50 TPU
Vacation Village at Bonaventure-Fixed week 51- 2br lockoff- 36 TPU
5247-Sheraton Desert Oasis-Fixed week 22- 2br(not sure how to lockoff)- 18 TPU
Etc.

I can add dozens more to that list....Let me know if my interpetation is wrong and this thread is still not a good idea for some other reason

Well maybe you gotta look elsewhere other than ebay. Not all the TS's are on ebay at one given time so you'd have to do a little more research than you've done. I doubt you'll be able to get away with just the Cliff Notes.

Thats a good point, i haven't check the classifieds here, at tug or at Redweek! Thanks! I'll check some places on there now and add them to the list i started above! Although i wish i could find enough 100+ TPU places to make a list of those! Any help with that would be greatly appreciated!

I think its important these places are out in the open...so everyone can get an idea where the good deals are

I think if we just stick with the Names of the resorts and the TPU number, we shouldn't have a problem with RCI changing anything...why would they, they already know the TPU levels of all the resorts they put in the system...they put them there...and we're not adding anything buy posting reviews of having discussions on the value of the TPU levels...

Ahh...yah i didn't get it...i wasn't thinking about the price of me purchasing them going up...i was thinking about EVERYONE knowing where they can buy...so when one DOES come up, the person interested knows its a good deal..or when anyone is in the market for a new TS they can check that list and look for good buys....

If we get a long enough list, what you say above shouldn't be an issue, everyone likes something else about each resort, some like the beach, some the mountains, some theme park locations, some like busy locations, some like quiet locations, etc. So if we have a big list, people won't be competing with each other, they'll be able to see whats available in the 100+ range and THEN break it down for the features they want

No, RCI track record in the past shows that they have. Look how they have changed RCI Points in the past 6 years.

There are some ownerships that give a high yield of points per ownership that cost a lot per TPU point. There are some ownerships that give a high yield of points per ownership that cost less per TPU point.

Forum question...There are sections here that you require a certain amount of posts to access...Maybe we can put the information in there...Atleast so its only shared among the TS4M family...that way no ones stealing...we're all just sharing among each other...you guys deserve a chance at a good deal as much as anyone does

BTW: None of these are my goodies...they're just good deals i have/will have found...if i find any i will happily post them...i've got all the TS's i need, for now, there's no reason for me to buy any more
