How well does an 2 BR ocean front unit in
Myrtle Beach trade in winter Dec/Jan/Feb-gold crown resort. We are stuck to the school calendar.

We want to go to Orlando, Ron Jon's, or the mountains in NC/GA/TN in summer.

Is it doable or too greedy?

If you can reserve Christmas or New Year's week, you should do ok. I don't know about Ron Jon's, but Orlando should be doable.
