More RCI Strangeness

Yeah, I know, strangeness is normalness.

Maybe I did something, but if I did, it was inadvertent, but, when I searched Florida, all the resorts were listed in reverse alphabetical order. Of course, after a bajillion searches I noticed it immediately cuz Alhambra at Poinciana (#1496) was not first.

I just searched again, and Alhambra at Poinciana (#1496) is first.



The reverse listing had all the Wind-hams first . . . and there were 758 of them. Wow!!!

(I am easily amused.)

Maybe you try to change the search option to search for all the resorts regardless if your deposit can match or not? That action usually end up return result list in reverse name order.

You can just click on name table it will sort again.

If I go from 10 resorts to 25 on a page, the alphabetical order reverses as well.

Yeah, I've had this happen to me not only in my weeks account, but in the RCI points side as well. However, it doesn't seem to matter what result qty I select or the setting of the other search criteria. Been doing it for over a year now.

Any other company would be embarrased with having so many glitches occur on their portal; but I guess RCI's IT expectations are too low, or no one from management is monitoring things?

I always do that change and it has never flip-flopped before.

Well, not always, cuz for the first 20-plus years I did not.

I just did it again, my normal way, and Alhambra is first. (first on the list, but close to last to be picked)

We have seen this strange behavior for several months now. If you click on a resort and then go back to search results, it will return to having the A's on top.

Not worth my time to find someone at RCI that cares.
