I know at least one TUG person that set his RCI Weeks account up online - and he said it actually went fine.
I do receive automated messages - every time I place a unit on hold, confirm an exchange, buy an EV or vacation protection, etc. the email shows up almost immediately in my inbox.
I've never needed to verify my username or password online per say - I guess I do that every time I have a successful login.Comment
