Well you really would be annoyed if you started taking the survey like I did. It's just a marketing survey trying to figure out what else they could sell us; once they started asking about rental car and hotel preferences I just quit.

I figured that was the ruse so I didn't even bother looking.

How about this:

Good exchanges, no more rentals of prime weeks - keep them for exchanges, stop robbing the weeks exchange pool, reduce your fees and prices...should I even go on?

You should tell them thank you for raising there fees as well as putting the weeks that are up for exchage up for rent or for putting them into the points.

They sent me an email also a few days back. I just spoted it. Sounds like they want to get into the food end by the way the survey was going.

I decided to complete this survey and then add my comments about the increase in fees. Got a quick response asking what I was talking about... apparently this branch of RCI didn't know about the increase coming in September. I also mentioned the situation with Last Call. I was pleased to get such a quick response, and we'll see what they do with the information I forwarded...
