Like I've said, I haven't had the pleasure of doing business with RCI for awhile.

There has been much talk over the years that when you deposit vacation time with RCI, they have the right to "do whatever they want with it", implying they can rent it out.

However, this does not say that:

"2. You understand that by depositing your Vacation Time with RCI you relinquish all rights to use that Vacation Time to RCI and that RCI has the right to immediately make the deposited Vacation Time available to another member."

Actually, in the beginning the OFs said what they were going to do, then did it.

They don't talk much within hearing distance any more.
