When I was pregnant in the year of 2009-10 (gave birth in 2010) we didn't travel. I didn't Call Wyndham in time to place my points in credit pool with them so my only option to not lose them was to exchange them with RCI. I exchanged 3 weeks with RCI. We are using 1 week to travel this upcoming February & the other 2 weeks are going to expire in June. Is there anything I can do? I know I can do an extension but the extension is useless because it's for 1,3, or 6 months we don't travel in the summer & we can't travel this summer as we have alot going on with my sister's wedding & my husband & I & our daughter being in the wedding. We travel in February. I was reading some about combining. But that just confuses me. If I combine the 2 weeks (if RCI does that) the weeks are good for 2 additional years? Can someone please help me? I am still new at all of this and it still confuses me. And my brain is still not functioning right I just got home from 2 weeks at the hospital with my dad so please any help would be great

I am going to edit your title to show these are WYN deposits. You will probably get answered by someone who knows the true answer to your question. ie a Wyndham owner that has RCI deposits.
PS sorry to hear about your Dad.Lawren

If your WYN deposits are weeks, deposited under the old system, as sounds likely.
Then for extension purposes, as with other weeks deposits, they can be extended up to a year past expiration. RCI will sell you two 6 mths extensions, or any combination of the extension periods, a six and a three if preferable for example.
You will have to decide if the cost to do so is worthwhile, I don't have the current fee schedule handy but it could be $109 for one six mth extension.Mark B.

When I log into RCI I can not see my weeks, I have to call RCI to make a reservation, or anything because it was done under the old system. But I was unaware that I could extend up to a year. So that is a positive I have learned from here. So I am guessing I have to do two 6 months extensions? Correct? The negative is paying the extension fee twice.
