  • Has anyone stayed at Hyatt via RCI?

    I have two questions:
    1. Can you arrive one day late (with notice) and keep the reservation?
    2. Can they switch a king room sleeps 2 to a 2Queen sleeps 4?
    Thanks!

    Yes I stayed at Chicago.

I don't see why not, although I arrived the day I was supposed to and left early.

They were very accommodating at check-in and asked if I wanted a king, so if the room variation is there I would think they would. Check room configs on the hyatt website for the one you are interested and I would call that property to check anyway.

Thanks for the responses. It is the Hyatt in Chicago. I called there this morning and it sounds like late checkin won't be a problem. Room configuration will depend on what's available. Worse comes to worse, my boys can camp out on the floor and dream about roomy timeshares.

It is a very large and very nice property. Completely refurbished within the last 2 years. Also very well located. Enjoy! I did!
