Of course they'll advertise that giving them your property is free. "Hey look guys, our inventory is virtually non-existent, so now we'll let you help us out of this rut by taking your week from you for free! Then we'll of course give your your equal OR LESSER value week back as stated in our contract... for a fee. <3"
