That has always been the case in RCI points short stay scenarios.

Good I'm glad you won that battle but definately print the resort page that shows it is for points. Write down the name of who you spoke with. I'm betting the fee shows on your confirmation and this may come up again at check-out.

I'm going to do exactly that.....Based on my conversation, I could tell that the person I was speaking to was not 100% up on the fees. And since my confirmation states that I'm a "points owner," I'm expecting the worse.

Are you searching through the Wyndham RCI portal or through the RCI web page directly?

I searched through the Wyndham RCI portal and the $75 fee is disclosed in the information for a RCI Points reservation. It doesn't say anything about what Angie found, that the $75 applies only if you stay less than a week.

Bah humbug!
