RCI website search issues...only showing March 2012.

  • RCI website search issues...only showing March 2012.

    No matter what search criteria I submit on the RCI website, it only gives me results for the current month of March!! It's driving me crazy. I have made sure that I update the search to give me all available exchange opportunites (not just the ones I can do). My membership is paid up until April 2014 so that cannot be the issue. Does anyone else have this problem? Or can anyone tell me the fix?

    Working OK for me.

    Try logging out and back in.

        It's been like this for me for about 4 days. I have logged out and logged back in. Are either of you guys using a Mac? That's what I'm using.

          I use a Mac and have not had any problems. Maybe you should call RCI & see if you can speak with a technician. Good luck! I hope it gets back to working for you soon!

            Yeah -- looks like that's what I'm going to have to do. I just tried a search on our other computer (PC) and the same thing is happening. If I do a search for All available vacations including Last Call and Extra Vacations, I can see all the months but nothing for any months in any country is an exchange! I don't have a current deposit (just one credit) but I could do a search up until a few days ago .... grrrrrr

              Make sure you go to option to search all avail. The default is your Max to can give you. So if you only have 1 left, you will see no avail.

                Thanks -- but I did choose All Avail. I got zero results.

                  You say you only have a credit on file. When does it expire? You cannot search beyond the date that the deposit is valid. Does it expire in March?

                    I guess that's it! It does expire in March. But I wonder why I could search beyond it (into next year) a few days ago?? I didn't have anything but the one credit last week either.
