You realize....this isn't RCI not charging enough, this is your HOA/POA/BOD trying to nickel and dime every cent out of you

Do you really think it costs $1,300 more to maintain a 1br apartment then it did last year?? Or that $33,800 is the right amount to maintain a 1br place?

I had to laugh last night...

Thinking of going to Orlando over Memorial Weekend if cheap enough.

RCI has 2 1 bd units and 1 2 bed unit listed for the Friday check in. The 2 bed units are marked 18 with a slash to 5 TPUs. The 2 bed unit is simply marked 8 TPUs (this is for VV Parkway).

Looks pretty stupid.
