This is from the Wyndham system web site:

RCI will be temporarily closed Sunday, April 8, 2012 for routine system maintenance. During this time the RCI online system will be down. Normal operating and servicing hours will resume Monday, April 9, 2012 at 8:00 a.m.

This is Easter Sunday, so probably just a day off for the staff.

Maybe not. RCI's own notice is just the usual closure:

The system will be unavailable Saturday from 8:45pm to Sunday 3:00am Eastern Time due to regularly scheduled system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

So, maybe it's just the Wyndham portal, or maybe Wyndham is just wrong.

Well RCI is still closed for maintenance. Maybe RCI was wrong and Wyndham was correct.

RCI is back. Weeks seems the same. Points is acting . I can't see a bunch of weeks only resorts in points for 2013.
