New RCI bug?

Is anyone else experiencing this? I have tried to put a unit on hold (tried a few different ones) and I get as far as the payment option. I can't get past that - even though no payment is required for the hold. It seems like this started with the maintenance last night.

You can test this without actually holding the unit. I am using Google Chrome.

Looks like they tried to fix the problem and now you cannot get past the Guest certificate screen. The level of incompetency is mind boggling. Has anyone has success in holding a week online?
