RCI special exchanges for only TPU 4

f you have weeks in your RCI Weeks account, it is running a special until 6/29/2012 for exchanges costing only 4 TPU's! My review of the specials show that units are available for Sept. 2012 to mid Nov. 2012 check-in dates at lots of locations. These are not just studio's but include 1 and 2 BR units.

If you like to travel during that time of year and you have a weak TPU trader, this may be a great opportunity to get a nice exchange. You have to complete the exchange by Friday, June 29, 2012.

You can also save your 4 TPU's and just buy a resort certificate for $199 that can probably book most of these same units.
You also have to buy by June 30th.

Unfortunately now you need a code to buy them.
I guess I'm glad that I have that SFX Diamond rewards membership now.
I see I'm gonna be going that way from now on.

I still don't see how that is going to work for you....$149 exchange fee for week to week???
Or when u deposit your week, they give you 10K diamond points to be used FOR the exchange fee???

No not exchanging but the bonus weeks are different inventory in the getaways for this Diamond program.
I saw a Bonnet creek 2 bedroom for end of February this year for $99 I could have used had I not already booked something.
So I'll keep an eye on those units for rent, not exchange.

I'm finding that unless it's II exchanges it's almost not worth exchanging into Orlando if I'm not going to stay onsite Disney.
I have just have lots of other options for cheap getaways.
DAE also has some $99 weeks to Westgate if I want to slum it.

Otherwise my HGVC is always my fall back in case I can't find something cheaper.
There is always room at the Inn thru HGVC.
