Corn Mazes

With their normal adept timing, RCI's Endless Vacation has a large story about corn mazes around the country.

Who wants to tell them there isn't any corn this year?

I'm guessing some people (or their kids) think corn mazes are a real novelty. I say this because of the number of people totally blown away by the wild deer you see in Smoky Mountain National park and other vacation places. I like deer as much as the next guy, I think, buy OTOH we see them all the time around here -- not usually bounding through the yard, because we're right by downtown (although that has happened), but if you're driving around at dawn or dusk they're not hard to find. Guess that's not the case a lot of places!

I suspect corn mazes are the same way; something that seems exotic to city dwellers.

They have them not too far from here and it seems that people get lost in them once or twice a year, one last year called 911 to get them out.
