When searching, can anyone click on Vacation Types on the left and see a "Search by Exchange Trading Power" option?

Yes, but not from the very first screen. On that one, I see only Region, Month, and Vacation Type. But, after narrowing Region to USA, I see the full complement of options, including Exchange Trading Power. -
or, if you select a month, you can select Exchange Trading Power. You get choices of Trading Power Ranges (as oppposed to being able to select a Trading Power yourself).
Then you can de-select the month, and it will show all available at that Trading Power range.
