A sign that there is a crack in the dike is a comment in a letter From Our Readers in the July/August issue of Endless Vacation magazine, page 10. It is in a letter from a member since 1976, a letter praising RCI and the value it has given this member and their family.
Even in a complimentary letter, one RCI chose to publish, this member says, "It is getting harder to trade at the last minute than in the past . . . "
Here I thought RCI allowed no discouraging word whatsoever to be published.
