I had heard somewhere that this was related to adding more functionality for their mobile app, but my RCI phone app isn't showing me any updates yet, either. So far, I sure don't see anything worth a multi-day shutdown!

So just talked to a BG rep and they said that part of the shut down was so that units go directly to RCI & II now instead of having to call.
We'll see how well it works.

Thinking about this. I don't think I would term Poland as a Balkan state. Would you? More importantly would they? I guess only having 2 timeshares in the country gives them no vote.
