Hello,
Thank you for your e-mail.
We apologize for the problem you encountered online with our website.
Unfortunately, RCI.com is currently experiencing a problem when members
attempt to use a browser other than Internet Explorer 7.0. Our
technical staff is aware of the issue and is working diligently to
correct it.
We have discovered a compatibility issue when using IE 8.0 or IE 9.0.
To resolve these errors please select the following options in your
browser:
? Tools
? Compatibility View
If the web page does not automatically refresh and resolve the issue,
please close your browser and open a new one.
You may also need to delete the cache files in your computer. Deleting
cache files prevents your computer from accessing outdated web pages.
The steps to clear the cache files for most computers are as follows:
-Open your Internet browser.
-Select "Tools" and then "Internet Options."
-In the middle of the page, click on "Delete," then click "Delete
Files" in the smaller pop up window.
-When temporary files have been deleted, click "Close," then select
"OK."
-Close the browser, open another browser, then enter www.rci.com
directly in the address field rather than using a saved link or
favorite.
If you continue to experience difficulty, our Vacation Guides and Web
Support Team are happy to help you complete your travel plans or other
RCI services you may require. A Vacation Guide may be reached by calling
800-338-7777. If you wish to speak with a Web Support Specialist, choose
the option for online technical assistance from the main voice menu.
Thank you for choosing RCI.
Kind regards,
eCommerce Specialist
