Once I got past the new start page, and the new page after login, which shows your account information without having to open anything like before, and got to the search pages, everything appears to be the same. NOT GOOD!!!
One of my confirmed reservations has disappeared! The Reserve at Summer Bay, new 3 bedroom pool house is no longer in my account. I was really looking forward to this exchange and will be very ticked off if this doesn't get fixed. Instead, there is a one bedroom Star Island for the following day on hold.
Not good at all!! Fingers crossed.
Check your reservations!!!

I found the reservation. It is under my vacation history and is listed as CANCELLED!!
I am sick, just sick.
I am getting on a plane tomorrow heading for a different vacation and don't have much time to get this fixed. I have a very bad feeling about this ...

But I agree that the best way to handle catwgirl's problem is to forward all documentation to RCI's customer service or talk to tech support (if you can get through). I would not bother with any front line vacation guides. BTW catwgirl, what does it show as the date of the cancellation?

I have my confirmation in print. It was confirmed October 3 and was cancelled on March 7. I am on hold with RCI. A supervisor is supposedly working on it. I don't want to be a brat, but I really want that particular resort, and not a substitution.

Well phoo! Apparently, RCI deposited the model unit for the Reserve and I have been booted out of it. It had nothing to do with the upgrade.
They gave me a unit for the same date at the Houses of Summer Bay. Still nice, but I was really looking forward to the Reserve. They also refunded my exchange fee and points, so I can't complain too much. Just really disappointed.
