I "saved" our deposits and confirmed exchanges elsewhere.

I have never understood why RCI shuts down for days whenever it does a major update. They should have worked out the bugs through user testing. Maybe, they hired the same contractor that built the healthcare exchange.

RCI's Call Center and website will be closed and down for system maintenance beginning Friday, March 7th at 4 p.m. EST. RCI's Call Center and website will reopen on Monday, March 9th at 8 a.m. EST.

testing is probably not it When sites like this have to be taken off line for an upgrade, its usually due to the "new and improved" site stores and accesses the data in a manner inconsistent with what the old site is doing. They probably are running a data conversion on historical records into the new form. While this is happening, its always best to not allow people in there changing stuff

Reason: Link removed, apology unnecessary

Jim, your link keeps circling back to this thread….not sure why you keep posting it or are apologizing but I believe there was two threads started that are now merged.
If it is something else you are apologizing for, please let us know.

When there were two threads, I posted a link on one to the other.
When they got merged, do the math.
My apology should be taken as an apology for the circle, even though I did not create it.
Deleting the link, and subsequent references to it would be in order, I would think. I would if I could, but I can't, so I haven't.
If there's anything else I've done, I apologize for that, too.
