        We don't have a deposit with 23 credits.
        As for that 23 credit deposit, feedback said:

        "According to our records, The Deposit Credit of 23 we used for a
        vacation to . . . . A Trading
        Power of 16 was used to confirm that reservation.

        The remaining Trading Power of 7 was combined with another deposit. "

        So, why send us an email saying we still have it, and need to exchange with it?

        It's like the Centurylink tech said about Clink when he came our to check our service, "The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing."

              2 days ago, I received an email from RCI telling me that one specific undeposited timeshare was about to lose trade power. But it was one I had deposited some months ago, and shows up in Weeks Already Deposited.

              I haven't called or emailed to make sure they know it really is deposited, though I thought about calling.

                Yeah, I think that's what I'm trying to say, that their computer looks at what you own, and lets you know when a possible deposit is about to expire regardless of whether you deposited it or not.

                About the same as what the Centurylink tech told us when he replaced our router, "The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing."
