"Deposit by 1/24/15 and get $40 off the exchange fee when you exchange by 1/30/15"

This was sent to me for my personal RCI account ( which is expiring 2/15/15)

I got the download the planner email, but no $40 off.
It says it's their 40th year anniversary so maybe that's why the $40 off.

I received it. I have a points membership that is paid through November 2016. I haven't deposited anything in a while 6+ months and was wondering if that had anything to do with it. I didn't get an email just saw it in "My Offers" for my weeks account about 4 days ago.

I logged into my paid for by Bluegreen RCI weeks account and saw it there as well under "my offers"
Who knew there was such a section!
