Help ! How do I cancell a RCI reservation

Well I made a mistake and double booked a rci unit. I booked one as an exchange and then found a better one on extra vacations so I booked it. Now Im trying to cancell the exchange within the 24 hour window. I cant find a place to cancel this on my held reservations.

18. Member Cancellation of A Confirmed Exchange.
A Member may cancel or change a Confirmed Exchange online, by notifying RCI by telephone or in person at RCI, 9998 North Michigan Road, Carmel, Indiana 46032. A Guest cannot cancel a Confirmed Exchange.

You should be able to do it online. Go to Home >> Vacation Plans >> Confirmed
When you see the week you want to cancel, under Urgent Information, you should see the option to cancel the week.

I was able to call in this morning and straighten this out. I had 24 hours before penalties. I can't believe what I did. I used points to grab a unit at the Mayan Palace and then saw a Grand Mayan in the extra vacations, so I booked it with the intention of cancelling the Mayan Palace. When I received the confirmation I noticed both were for the Mayan Palace. Im keeping the Mayan Palace unit because it is a 2 bed sleep 8. I see Bliss and Grand Mayan in 1 bed units but I am pretty sure I did book the only Grand Mayan 2 bed unit last night and am not sure why it was switched to Mayan Palace.

A long, long time ago, I booked an exchange to Wastegate VV via II, then saw it almost immediately as a LM via RCI, so I cancel the former and kept the latter.

We were treated very poorly at Wastegate because I selected the RCI route, even though we were Wastegate owners, which they did not deduce.

We were also given an old, decrepit unit in Building A.

They have probably changed by now, and are not as unfriendly as they used to be.
