RCI Europe is facing a class action lawsuit:

We all know what happened with ours with a sellout by the class action lawyers. But it appears this one may go to trial.

Is it a classaction suing the lawyers in the first classaction?

Do they have LLCs, or the equivalent, across the pond? You know, a form of corporation that really is not liable for much of anything?

You have to remember, I don't know how these things work.
