If I had a gripe, it would not be about $11 . . . it would be about 104 units available for $199 at the same resort where we have a maintenance fee of $680.

But, what-the-hey, it's all fair in love and war.

We are at Ocean Landings resort in Cocoa Beach right now. I believe it trades through II. We are in an oceanfront unit, one bedroom with two bathrooms. mid week cleaning , towel exchange, nice pools, tennis courts, restaurants, bars on site. Maintenance fees $525 Seems like most owners do not exchange. One woman arrived in early October and will leave in March. She owns 14 weeks and she rented from other owners for the rest of the time. An interesting thing is that we have service for eight or ten in our unit. Someone could sty here for the season, not have to put up with 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 spoons, etc. and get two cleanings a week, an ocean view, and spend a little over $2000 a month. not bad. Basically people I met said they have no interest in going anywhere else.

          Speaking of averages:

"In 2014, consumers bought almost $8 billion worth of timeshare properties in the U.S., with an average sales price of $20,020 and average annual maintenance fees of $880."

          http://www.consumerreports.org/trave...-comes-of-age/

So, the average price of an exchange week is $1110!!!!

You forgot to add in property taxes and the RCI membership fee.

25% off the Exchange Fee or off the Points required?

                          I'll go look.

                            Nothing.

But there's stuff trying to load over in that area on the right where specials are, that can't load.

I guess that would be $57.50.

That's like the cars and trucks that you see sitting out along the road at dealership, and they have what appears to be a price in big printing on the windshield. I think, that's not bad, I'd pay that.

But, that's how much it's discounted, not the price!!!!

I'll go look again. It's Sunday morning so all the good stuff will be there, like SW FL in January.
