Exchange fee goes to $230 no savings for using website over call center.

There are probably more but I haven't gone through it.

I just feel so old when I look at what that fee was and what it is today

And RCI wonders why I don't give them my Maui Lea week for trade. Thank you very much, I'll continue to use Trading Places Maui, where my membership is free and an exchange costs: Internal $159.00, External $169.00, International $179 and is not collected until the trade is confirmed.

You can actually rent some from RCI for less than an exchange fee. I bet that screws up some of their thinking.

I think I am going to let my membership lapse. I am down to 3 timeshares and I use 2 of them. I have a lot of TP points that I have to use. Believe it or not our last trip was was over 4 years ago, Last exchange about 5 years ago.

Yes, they do.

But, as we all know, you don't have to figure in a maintenance fee.
