I am curious as to what others think about RCI's new website design. It's pretty but I personally find it very cumbersome to use. The search feature is riddled with problems and basically useless when you are looking for specific dates and locations. Maybe I don't know how to maneuver around it, but I consider myself a fairly sophisticated web user. What is your opinion?

Your observation is common each time it gets "enhanced".
I was on it yesterday just long enough to see it is new. The little I had to do, check on the trading power of a possible late deposit, was easy to do, even though it was in a new place.RCI Member Since 24-Aug-1989/150-plus Exchanges***THE TIMESHARE GRIM REAPER~~~Exchanging/Searching/SW Florida/MO/AR/IA/Consumer Advocacy/Estate Planning/Sports/Boating/Fishing/Golf/Lake-living/Retirement****Sometimes ya just gotta be a dick

Tedious.
I was surprised by it the other day. This time of year I don't have time for it so it may be that is change in general and lack of familiarity on my part.Lawren

Well this is interesting. I just went into RCI and the old interface is back!! Yesterday it looked more like my mobile app interface which is pretty useless. Maybe they were getting an earful from unhappy users and changed back to the older version. I certainly left them some unflattering feedback. This is the memo that appears on the site: Please Note! You may notice changes during your visit to RCI.com as we work on enhancing your experience. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Have you noticed that whenever any company enhances it winds up costing the end user money?
I know I thought that it would be a cold day in hell before I would use that format I saw yesterday. Too difficult to navigate and opportunities would be a back breaker.Lawren

Probably more a matter of being accustomed to doing things one way, and when it gets changed, then . . . . but, I do not like what I have to do to do the very little that I have to do.
For instance, before, when it opened, I could immediately see "credits" in our account. I had to do some relatively-significant studying and maneuvering to get to that this morning.RCI Member Since 24-Aug-1989/150-plus Exchanges***THE TIMESHARE GRIM REAPER~~~Exchanging/Searching/SW Florida/MO/AR/IA/Consumer Advocacy/Estate Planning/Sports/Boating/Fishing/Golf/Lake-living/Retirement****Sometimes ya just gotta be a dick
