    I'm guessing this is easier to use as an ap. My kid can do amazing things from his smartphone. I need the bigger screen of a laptop to do things well. The bleeding edge of technology hurts.

    Kind of reminds me when Gap jeans forgot who had been buying their brand since 1970 and had all the waistlines hit at the pubic bone.

    RCI has to keep an eye on who it is that uses their product.

    I'll see someone in early May and will whisper in his ear. He's an older guy too and might understand.

      ANYTHING to help!!! I just sent them an email last night asking them if they know ... or even care how user UN-friendly their new site is ~ it SUCKS!!! I have my doubts that I'll even get a response..............

        I sent them an email the last time this version appeared, and then it was gone! I thought, wow, they must be getting an earful and really listened. Now it's back so, obviously I was wrong.

        I agree, Lawren, that this is designed for a mobile app. It is very pretty, but functionally, it doesn't help the bottom line. It doesn't make it easy for users to book exchanges, or last call, or EV. So when you are whispering, remind him of that too. My guess is, that will be even more convincing.

          It took years for me to separate the RCI resentment from the person.

          as to exchange opportunities, I can't even find single units to post without it taking 30 minutes of poking around in this enhanced world they have on line

                I searched because of the 40% off email, and not find how to select a week, so I gave up.

                    Totally pathetic.

                    I got a $199 LC email, then could not find a way to get to them.

                    Not only does it not show what I want to see, but I followed an LC through to see what it does. It got to the payment page before showing the total amount.

                      I found the 199 deals , six resorts in Florida other than Orlando. I want o do ongoing search and am having trouble with that.

                        I realize then timeframe for disclosure required after the lawsuit is long over, but is there any way to see the total number of units available? It was interesting to be able to see both the total number of exchanges and the total total.

                          Same here. I have found several gems in the old website by seeing everything first then picking possible exchange areas and then resorts from that list. This new "enhanced" site sucks. Fortunately most of my resorts are in II or dual affiliated
                          so I only have one resort left that I will be depositing with RCI and the rest will be either rented out, used or deposited with II where I can still search for everything that is available.

                            If you look at the top left it says "Vacation Search and Deposits". If you click on that, you have the option to see all vacations or exchanges only. That link will take you to a screen that is similar to what we used to see. Not super, but better than the first screen.

                              Maybe because I am using DW's mini-iPad I don't have that.

                                On a mobile device you will see three horizontal lines next to the RCI logo. Press that and then press the "+" next to Vacation Search & Deposits. The mobile app is a bit different but similar to the PC app. I think this mobile app is better than the old one was except that the old one allowed you to go to the full site.
