    Ok, thanks.

I have opened what I believe they are saying is everything available, but the numbers don't appear to be anywhere near what they should .

I believe it is showing just the $199 LCs.

No, I believe it is showing the number of resorts, not the number of units available.

Maybe I don't know how to maneuver around it, but I consider myself a fairly sophisticated web user. What is your opinion?
I really hate this new site... it takes so long to where I want to search. I haven't been able to search for couple of month as it had lot of problems so I been just waiting, giving RCI time to work things out. But today I just lost it and had to vent so called up RCI. After talking to customer service and then with supervisor I got my membership extended for 2 months for the months that I couldn't use the website. I think it was longer than 3 month since the new site launch but I didn't care. I got anger out of my system and got my membership extended. Still upset for the 2 hrs I wasted searching on my day off...

Ok, as I recall, we stopped being able to use rci around 2007. So, if I call & and raise a ruckus, do you think they'll give us ten free years?

I have my LT back, & I'll stick with that, that they are no longer providing full disclosure.

It's aggravating when I click Start Date, and those three red circles just bounce around, and there's no option to enter the date manually.

I have people, you know, and my people want me to do searches.

OTOH, it's no different than every other "upgrade".

They probably know their subscribers know not to expect better.

                        Subject: The Latest Upgrade

On RCI.com, why did you change from showing how many units are available to how many resorts are available?

The number of resorts available is meaningless.

                          UUUUURRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!

When you are searching for a specific date(s), it is extremely aggravating that those three red circles just keep flashing, and there's no options to enter the date(s) manually. Then you have to look at every resort and see if that date(s) is in the window of availability, then open up each resort and see if it is.

Also, it's still showing irrelevant "number of resorts", rather than "number of units" available.

Why can't RCI IT ever get it right?

I'm still waiting for those three red circles to quit flashing so I can enter a Start Date.

Am I the only one with that problem?

I'm in Chrome, maybe I'll go try IE.

                            didn't help

My experience from playing around with the new website is, the last thing you should enter is the date range. Select the region, state, unit size ,etc and then enter the date range. It appears that the algorithm is looking for all units in the date range to let you know what days have availability rather than the old way of letting you pick the dates and then determining what is available. This new method is extremely inefficient. But if you narrow down the universe first, it will come up with the dates sooner. Don't shoot the messenger - I know this is a terrible way of searching, but it is the one that seems to be quickest for me.
