RCI "promotion"

Just got a call from someone saying they were calling from the RCI promotions department...she said she was my personal consultant (that may be the wrong word but something to that effect). She said there was this new promotion, that I could not read about it on the RCI website...said she would put a cruise on my account....and on and on. How much, I kept asking...she said that she first had to tell me everything we would get. I finally thanked her and hung up...poor woman is working for a living, but I just couldn't do it. Has anyone else been blessed with this "promotion"?
