So I'm about to confirm my first RCI exchange. It's for a week in Quebec a little more than a year from today. Is there any way to get travel insurance for this week? Not the useless RCI stuff, where you pay $49 to get $49 plus your week back. Real actual insurance where I would get my exchange fee and my week back or my maintenance fee back.
I wouldn't be concerned, but we were supposed to go on an overnight tomorrow and my DH wrenched his back, so the poor guy is lying on the living room floor with a heating pad under him. So we lost a Priceline night in a hotel, not a big deal. But we're also leaving on a major trip later in the week, so if he's not feeling better, we're up the creek a bit.
Who knows what tomorrow will bring? Who knows what insurance I could get just in case tomorrow brings something not so good? Thanks!
