First of all, I'm not trying to get around the system. Just wondering when I can trade into a resort again, if I wanted to.

I stayed there in July 2004. If it is 1 in 3, can I trade back in July 2007, August 2007 or must I wait until 2008?

If it is a 1 and 3 and you were there on Jul 14 of 04 then you can request it for July 15 2007

Thanks. I thought I read somewhere that the entire year was blocked out. What you say is logical, but RCI never seems to be logical or consistant.

1 in 2 or 4 or 5 goes from anniversary date of last travel so you can book back in 08/07 if its 1 in 3

1 in 3 (or 4) is an RCI thing. One solution is simply to use a different exchange company.

If it is a 1 and 3 and you were there on Jul 14 of 04 then you can request it for July 15 2007

RCI does not hold you to the calendar date just the year. So if you went to Morritts (1-in-4) in 2004 you can go back ANYTIME in 2008 it does not have to be after your original stay in July.

It would pay to check with them though as my memory is faulty or they have been changing the rules again. But I clearly remember the RCI "mouthpiece" stating that as fact.

If it is a 1 in 3 and you were there in July 2004 the earliest you can return is Jan. 1, 2007. Actually if you were there in Dec. 2004 you can still return Jan. 2007 because it goes according to calandar year. This was confirmed to me from Bootleg several years ago. (However, maybe they changed the rules.)
