RCI Website Registration Problem

I have tried numerous times to set up my online access with the RCI website today. I have my RCI Membership number and My PIN number. Everytime I try to register, I get this error message.

Due to internal error, the system is unavailable.
For internal use only: Exception in createAccount:WeeksAdapter Cant Access

Anyone have any ideas on what the problem is and how I can get past this.

FF-RCI VC tel number is 800-572-0931. You may want to call them at office hour and give them your RCI account, they should be able to pull from that account or tell you what number to call.
