Actually, they charge $49 for a transfer and $30 for the insurance on the transfer.

being facetious, my friend. They seem to offer an insurance product for everything but the web site, so, well, I'm sure that's next. Log in, get offered the "online protection", attempt to buy it, web site crashes, all your banked weeks, confirmed plans, etc. are gone, plus your personal info is sent to all their employees....
