New search subarea in Northeast US/Canada

I just noticed an East Coast Maine to Georgia subarea, has that been there long? Maybe this is RCI moving towards a "what is available anywhere for a certain date" in fewer searches?

Their divisions are weird--I've been searching on the East Coast and it's ME to MD, then VA to something...maybe SC. BUT that's literally the coast. Inland is a different category--I want to say Inland NE ME/VT/NH/RI.

Just having the categories be a little broader would be great.
