RCI on-line refund

I just cancelled a unit that I had on hold and was able to request a refund on-line. Is this new? If so, it seems a long overdue improvement!

Just watch your charge card statement for the refund. I've found that it sometimes never happens and the money just sits on my RCI account until I call to have the charge reversed. It's always a good idea to monitor RCI's charges anyhow. I've had them double charge me on several occasions for Extra Vacations, etc. Sometimes they catch it and reverse it themselves, but other times, I find it on my statement and have to call them to fix it.
