No, all you can do is stuff related to the web-site, like change your password and email address.

I don't believe they trust their members to screw it up as good as they can.

I have never known RCI to email Exchange Confirmations. They have never asked if I wanted that done. Are sure about them doing that?

I just received a confirmation on Saturday. Here is part of the email:

RCI Points
Resort Reservations Confirmation

Thank you for using RCI Points for your Vacation plans. Please present this confirmation up on arrival at the resort. Should you have any questions regarding your reservation, please contact your RCI Points Vacation Guide.

We are pleased to confirm for you the following reservation:
Email goes on to describe the resort, address, phone number, dates, etc.


I don't know if there is a difference between weeks and points. I can change my address in my profile in the Points account. That option is not in the weeks account. And then my weeks account is supposed to be link to the Points account.

I have had a similar problem - with my e-mail address. It appears to show up correctly on-line and I certainly get e-mail junk from them, but on the "update my profile" link with the last "contest", the address shown was incorrect. I never did figure out how to change that.

This fall while at OLCC, I went by the RCI office and had them change my address. You may want to call them to get your address corrected.

Actually, I believe OLCC probably has my personal information correct. I know they recognize me from my email address!
