ever get sick of the BS shoveled out by Madge?

The majority of ongoing searches in our system match within 14 days and most of those within the first 24 hours. So there is likely an issue with supply or Trading Power.

Even when looking for simpler needs like W'burg or Orlando I have waited much longer than 14 days. I think prior to my on-line experience, 3 months was a minimum wait time.

Not even going into my week 13 search which I had to find on-line myself in the end anyway.

Yes. She drives me nuts. What a load of cwap. They have the worst customer service EVER. I honestly don't know why RCI even bothers to have a rep at TUG. I really don't know why people post questions to her, either! She never answers them.

I don't read her forum any longer. Whenever there is a beefy question, I know it will take weeks to come up with the usual pat BS answer. Or the "this is the first I've heard about it, let me look into it." Not worth my time.

That's so funny...I just recently posted my first question there, and she didn't really answer it either! I just gave up though....

I can't help it. If I really wanted to cause trouble I'd blast her right there on that thread.

Just calling a spade a spade.

I usually don't "go there" either but I hit "New Posts" and, and

Madge doesn't answer anything. The answers come from above her/them. I never asked a question of her - it would be like asking a timeshare salesman to tell the whole truth. Why the forum is treated like the sacred cow has left room for speculation by some that RCI owns TUG or that RCI pays for protection.

Madge? Is that not an acronym for Most Answers Designed and Geared toward Evasion....

I often wondered WHERE the name Magde came from. What was it a nickname for Margaret...now I know. Love it, love it, love it !!!

Just got an email from RCI ask Mary.

I just got an email from RCI and it has a button to click to "Ask Mary"

So what question should I ask Mary?

What do enquiring minds want to know?

Ask her where the 50,000 rental weeks they want to have travel agents rent for them for a commission are coming from.

                              when it first started

I think when Madge first started she did a pretty good job of answering the questions. But the questions got tougher and there are some questions that never get answered...I used to check it regularly...now I don't bother.
