Why doesnt RCI have any of the real quality resorts like four seasons, Marriott, Hyatt Disney available for exchange?
it seems the only one available is HGVC-
I mean -- embassy suites?
World mark? fairfield?
I ts crazy to do a downgrade exchange my HGVCs
How can i get a marriott or Disney?

It sounds like your a HGVC owner and worried about downgrading from the beautiful HGVC resorts. RCI does have some high quality resort chains, but as you said it doesn't have Disney, Four Season Hyatt or many Marriotts. It does have some great WM, fairfield, bluegreen, sunterra and Club intrawest locations in addition to the HGVC resorts. Several Marriott and Starwood resorts also trade with RCI. Not every resort in these chains are of the same quality as the HGVC but there are several resorts which will offer you a great exchange experiance.

RCI and HGVC also have something call VEP which makes it difficult to trade into a resort which RCI believes is significanly less quality than your HGVC resorts.

Since HGVC is only affilated with RCI

you can use a 3rd party company like SFX.

Or go the direct exchange route for Disney, Hyatt, Marriott, or Four Seasons, but you will need to make a great reservation using 7000-9600 points in New York, HHV 2 bedroom oceanview, The new Big Island resort, to furnish an equal trade.

HGVC only deposits 3400 points for a trade with RCI iirc, not bad for a trade to any Gold Crown resort.
