Anyone else getting this kind of nonsense on the RCI site?
Most will not catch this, but some will know how Freudian this slip-of-the-finger is.

Despite my kind comments for RCI in this thread, it seems this outage is for all.
Just when I am trying to do yet another assigned task for my deceased neighbor's XSO, arrange an RCI vacation for her and her new boyfriend even after she told me she didn't want anything to do with the timeshares or RCI after I previously showed her what she needed to do to update their account, I cannot.
It's bad enough when it is for you and yours, but try to explain it to someone who insists on having things her way, all the time, and immediately.
Perhaps you know the type.

The first time to see if I had performed my assigned task yet. Being the educator that I am, and helpful like I am, I set her free. I taught her how to dial the phone and wind up with an RCI Guide instead of me.
The second time to tell me that she had book the exchange on her own.

Good work Jim. You'll never have to do it again for her.
