  • Okay, so is it a browser compatibility issue /Operating Sys issue/this RCI site prob

So many folks are reporting random things about the Network Solutions page that keeps popping up, that I wondered if it were browser related.

I haven't gotten anywhere into RCI at all in the last 24 hours....

I have tried thru 2 computers, wireless and not wireless. Also, all access done on a Broadband Qwest provider.

I tried using a PCU with Windows XP, thru IE 7. and thru AOL browsers.

I also tried using my Vista OS laptop....again and IE 7 browser.

    No go.

How about you? If you have gotten thru to RCI, what browser got you there? Op Sys?

I doubt it's a browser issue. Just RCI IT being their typical incompetent self.

From the looks of it, They have major issues going on with that site. It is not a browser issue.

Thanks, now I feel less inadequate....I still can't get anything but that Netsolutions screen, now going on 24 hours.

Still can't get in this morning. It baffles me that a few are successful. There MUST be something different about the way they are getting in. Surely it CAN'T be that random, can it?

Yes, it's not a browser issue. It's definately something major with their site.
Still not able to access this AM.

I can't get in using AOL, but I can get I using IE. It was the same yesterday. I'm running Verizon DSL using IE7.

Very odd. My understanding is that RCI use a single on-line system world wide now. I certainly connect to www.rci.com and have just logged into the Weeks section successfully.

                            Thanks

When I use Internet Explorer I can sign in to RCI.

When I use AOL I can not sign in and all I get is the Under Construction and Network SOlutions.

Hopefully they get this fixed only because I am use to the AOL way.

                            Thanks

I use that horrible IE 7 and have no problems logging in and searching for exchanges. Sorry you are having problems.
