Same here. I tried Firefox on one computer and IE and the other & still can't get in. Sounds like a major hack job. Probably by some member who saw the exchange he couldn't get show up in LAST CALL for $299!!

I got in first thing yesterday morning, then got the same message most folks were getting all afternoon. Finally got in again last night, and this morning.

Well, we have DSL with Qwest.

I have used IE 7, only get the construction sign.

Cannot get in with AOL either.

Cannot get in with Windows XP computer nor our Vista.

I have tried several links others have posted, always coming back to the same sign.

I have run my AV program, nothing, no germs nada.

If it isn't a major hack job, then the conspiracy theory is the only one left...they are all against me.

Last night I was able to get in but I wasn't able to get in earlier in the day. I use Firefox. I'm still able to get in this morning.

                    Unbelievable!

While the RCI website was having its prolonged outage a few days ago I got a comment card email, and when I couldn't log on to fill it out I emailed back saying that I was unable to access the website to complete the comment card.

Here is what I got back today:

                    "Hello,

                    Thank you for your e-mail.

We apologize for the problems you encountered with our web site.
Unfortunately, RCI.com was experiencing sporadic outages, partly due to
                    high traffic volumes.
                    However, this has been fixed.

It may also be helpful to periodically delete your cache files. In
Internet Explorer, just open the Tools menu and choose Internet Options.
Click the General tab, Delete files, and then OK.

If you continue to experience a problem logging in that does not appear
to be related to the above, please provide details, including the exact
wording of the error message. We'll be happy to look into this further.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your interest in RCI."

CAn you believe it! The problem was because of high traffic volume and I should clear my cache files.

These guys wouldn't acknowledge the truth if it hit them over the head with a baseball bat.

eal, sounds vaguely familiar, see why here scroll down to last few posts.

Clearly RCI could care less in communicating with us honestly.
