So the brand new system is up and running and it won't work for me. I enter all of the required info. for "Elerts" and receive an error message saying that I have not chosen a sub region, which I have done. (over and over, ad nauseum!) Has anyone else had this or other problems or does RCI just hate me?

You have to exit and log back in - ANOTHER sofware bug!

Thanks but I had already tried this and it didn't help and just now tried again with no luck. My browser is Firefox. Could this be the problem?

Nah. The problem is RCI's shockingly incompetent programmers.

Yuu just have to keep trying logging in and out and then maybe one out of ten times, it works, if you're really lucky.
