Anyone else lose their ongoing searches this morning?

Just checked in, and I have no more ongoing searches, and the weeks used against them seem to have disappeared.

No doubt another benefit of last night's "maintenance," but please let me know if anyone else has the same problem this morning...

I doubt they are really 'lost,' but I'll feel better once I can call RCI. sigh.

Everyone who has had this happen should also email feedback@rci.com to complain. If every member who lost an ongoing search, even if it's only losing the ability to see it online, sent an email, it might get the attention of someone in management....I know, I'm an optimist, I can't help it...

Since it seems to have been a system-wide "improvement," it will likely get fixed at some point.. I hope it's just the website, and that our searches won't lose their start dates once they find them.

I can't say as I don't have any on-going searches running.

I can say that there were some pretty amazing exchanges available in weeks this morning that I posted. So if it's a glitch and you can grab them go snatch them up NOW.

Yeah, there we go again!

When was the last time I tried an ongoing search...I can't remember, but for this trip to Italy I had to fold....so now the week I had searching, vvvvvvttttt...vanished!

I called the so-called technical department and they said "all weeks seem to have vanished...we know...but they are still there, the team is working on it".....the woman claimed "it is still there, don't worry".....HA! Then she asked me if I had called a VG to find out about the week....I almost choked on my laughter.

If there is any chance in hell that my search is still in its original queue, I don't want to call a VG and have them botch up the search or confirm me into Pakistan or Afghanistan just so they hit quota! Because of course they would say "oh, the computer searches for geographical as well as the specific dates and location, so it just matched you to it automatically!"

Lawren, were any of those weeks you saw in Sicily? Ugh!

When I first logged in and saw no ongoing search I got really excited thinking I'd gotten a match. But, then when I had nothing on hold, or confirmed, I got concerned and called. It's a "computer glitch" and should be fixed by tonight. Yeah, yeah.
