Anyone else lose their ongoing searches this morning?
Now I am suspicious.... a few hours of "disappearing" would be a glitch....this seems like something else is going on....didn't they just adjust something on the Points side, offering new ways to use points and using fewer points within the year for places.....why do they need to pull ongoing searches off the line....seems like the "benefit" to them is that we lose the ability to search with that ongoing search ourselves when we are online...now why would they want to limit our ability to do a search right now, at the start of the summer season? Hmmmm...sounds familiar....hmmm...didn't something like this happen before....
What is annoying me is the chance to modify the search just to see what else might come up.
Also, what if an enchange comes through. Are they going to call us. If they put the unit on hold, we won't even know it.
I'm sending tech a nasty gram email.
Edited to add: This is my response from RCI "Because of a substantial backlog of e-mails, a response could take
several days. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please be assured
that we will respond as quickly as we can. ". Now isn't that a joke!
Yes, Ann-Marie, having no access to the search is a major pain! And of course we cannot rely on RCI to call us about a match, as the history there is tainted with problems. So if a unit hits, how will we know?
And call a VG, only to be harrassed about renewing....I don't think so.
I guess we will just chalk this up to the most inept IT team ever hired by a major corporation....again.
Shocked and Awed, that it took them only 3 full days to come up with posting this on the site. I feel so much better that Teams are working to resolve the problem. NOT.

Clever of them to keep us offline, unable to use our ongoing searches during this critical pre-summer warmup! I find this so suspicious, and I don't buy their excuse....I wonder if it is a way for them to use our weeks in some beta test for their own purpose.
This morning, the week I was using to search has re-appeared back in my 'Available Weeks' list under the 'Exchange Your Week' tab. Does that mean my search was cancelled?
