The IT gurus at RCI are really making the site valuable. I just checked my vacation history and there is ONE exchange listed for 2005. What the hell happened to all the other exchanges ?

It used to be, for some bizarre reason, that the only trips that showed were the ones reserved totally online, thus, if you reserved via the telephone they did not show in the online account. I think that is still the case, because I see my ski vacations listed, but not my Tuscany week and I know that was made via telephone....
After all of these years, I can't for the life of me, understand why they can't have a better site....it isn't like they don't have the money....

Mine are all there from 2005 thru present.
They always did drop off after 3 years. Which is annoying.Lawren

Is this just commentary about funky RCI website stuff, or do you guys actually care to see your exchange history online?
I end up keeping confirmations in a scrap book with other items from the trips - resort maps, area maps, attraction ticket stubs...
I have never bothered to look at history online. I don't think I care if it's there or not. Is there some compelling use for it for you guys?
I'm not trying to be a brat, I seriously want to know if not having it there is a problem for anyone.

I'm paper challenged. It is just a commentary of Vacation History between II and RCI.
It doesn't bother me over much. I know where I went and what I traded to get there and a good approximation of when.
I would be curious to know if the VGs can see our history further out than we can. A nice way to say "Hey my summer CC week got this, this and this, deposited 10 to 12 months out. Why can I see squat with it now?"Lawren

I think they drop off after 24 months. So you should see your 2005 exchanges from August forward, but not those pre-August. Or, something like that.
I wish they'd just leave them in there, since I actually don't always remember where I've gone.
It's bizarre that they leave not-so-recent ones in confirmations, rather than moving them to history right away, or at least by the end of the month.

I think they can see farther into the past that we can. Any notes put in the file surely don't ever disappear.
