Any suggestions on best time to call
I have been trying to call and talk with a
RCI Vacation Guide regarding an exchange
Each time I call, I get the office in the
Philippines.. How do I get routed to a
RCI Vacation Guide here in the US or CA

Used to be I would call around 7AM Eastern and get Ireland. They were always great to work with.
It has been a while since I have called though. When I get the Phillipines I hang up immediately. I also do not care for the Indianapolis reps but have had good luck with Toronto.
Last I got Toronto was during business hours eastern.Lawren

Indy call transferred to Phillipines
I just called Indy local number and was transferred to Phillipines....
And they couldnt help me find any thing in attempt to exchange
into what others are seeing and posting in their searches...
