I have two rci weeks, a HI and a FL week.
On Thur 9/6 I placed an exchange with the FL week on line. Because of the 1-in-4 rule, I had to call in to confirm. Today I went to search with my HI week and its gone but the FL week was still there. Checked my exchange, they confirmed with the HI week.
I have not called RCI yet, but I do have a print out of the original exchange transaction.
Reminder for everyone, check and keep a print out of your transactions.
They made changes last weekend. Wonder if that screwed thing up.
